The Scott Communities Warranty Department is here to assist you with warranty issues that might occur in your new home. In order to maintain records of warranty work performed, we kindly ask that you submit your requests for warranty service in writing. You may submit a form via e-mail using the form and prompts that follow. If you prefer you may submit a request in writing, using the form that is available from our office.

The Warranty Department staff is available to answer your questions, schedule appointments and facilitate completion of your service requests Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Our direct phone number is (480) 446-9207. Scott Homes urges all homeowners to regularly refer to the Homeowner's Guide that is presented to you at the orientation for maintenance information.
